“That’s What I Like” Fit For the Rat Pack, with LaVance Colley

Lobster tail for dinner, strawberry champagne on ice, shopping sprees in Paris… Bruno Mars may have expensive tastes, but LaVance Colley adds a touch of vintage elegance on top of all that exquisite excess! Add the sophisticated steps of tap dancer Lee Howard and you have the YouTube equivalent of a swanky night at the Sands! Watch this Rat Pack Style Cover “That’s What I Like” here:

A half-century after its heyday, the Rat Pack remains the epitome of living large. So when PMJ trained its retro eye on Bruno Mars’ paean to the good life, it inevitably came out sounding like the soundtrack to a Cadillac rolling down the Vegas strip, with Frank, Sammy and Dean on the marquee. Scott Bradlee pulls off a musical heist worthy of Ocean’s 11 with only a band of 8, fronted by the gospel-rooted soul of LaVance Colley, whose voice has backed everyone from Beyoncé to Pharrell to Diana – and it’s only a matter of time before he earns his own single-name status. Add the 24-karat footwork of Lee Howard, a world famous dancer who’s appeared on So You Think You Can Dance and opened for Snoop Dogg and Aloe Blacc, and that’s what we like!
