Her social services background has included both direct service work as well as administrative leadership in substance use treatment, early childhood education, housing and professional development. Rozel has been a small business owner and holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in International Cultural Studies. She enjoys traveling and has traveled extensively throughout rural Alaska, as well as to over a dozen international destinations.
