I’m having some back up issue with my sewer line, water backing up into the house. A friend referred Ryan to me from Elite Plumbing. I called him around 1:00 today and he was at my house by 5:00. Within 1/2 hour Ryan knew what the issue was and scheduled an appointment to replace the cracked sewer line. Look no further if you need a plumber, Ryan knows what he’s doing and he’s honest.

When my home suddenly didn’t have running water, Ryan dropped everything late at night and stayed even later until our house had water again (broken well pump). Admittedly, I called a few of the bigger names and repeatedly, was put through to an answering machine or was put on hold then told someone would call me back… when I called Elite Plumbing, Ryan (the owner) answered. He was very polite, and quick to respond. ****If you are reading this because you are looking for a plumber, look no further, this is your guy.***

Ryan’s service was fast and Exceptional. He was able to find the source of the issue and directed me who else I needed to contact and the issue was resolved. I will definitely contact him for any future needs.

We had a large outdoor project that Ryan was critical in completing. We had many different contractors on the project. Ryan was incredible. He is very smart about everything he does and his best interest is the client and doing a great job. His communication and accountability was something you just don’t see anymore. He always showed up when he said he would and always communicated timelines to us. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood next steps, costs and gave updates every step of the way. His attention to detail and doing an excellent job is also beyond anything I’ve seen. He was a pleasure to work with and the type of person that once he does work at your house he will always be that person you call back for future projects.

Ryan is one of the most solid and dependable people I know. He aided the entire West end of Old Ellicott City(OEC) in 2018 after the massive flood and proactively purchased water heaters on his own – knowing that we would need them changed out.
